I am passionate about supporting those in both expected and unexpected life transitions to find their inner strengths, a sense of belonging and working towards their unique set of goals. I earned a Masters of Art Therapy at the School of Visual Arts. Throughout my experience I have had the pleasure of working with a wide variety of individuals and families. I enjoy using creative problem solving in both art therapy and talk therapy sessions.
My therapeutic approach is client centered and collaborative, having clients take an active role in how they want their sessions to look like. I use art based, mindfulness, narrative, and somatic techniques to aid in self awareness, creating a dialogue with oneself and finding solutions. I believe connections formed through the creative process and therapeutic relationship can be transformative and empowering.
