Unlike franchises and clinics, we strongly focus on traditional psychotherapy, not brief therapies, crisis counseling or telehealth. Our newly renovated office consists of staff lounges, meeting and art rooms.

TCA specializes in working with very motivated Gen Zs and Millennials. Our clients are college students and young professionals with young adult issues - relationships, school/career stress, transitions, identity, body image, new parenting, etc..

Clinical Apprenticeship Program

TCA Counseling Group's clinical apprenticeship program is designed to bridge the gap between aspiring therapists and seasoned professionals, fostering an enriching learning environment for non-licensed therapists. Participants are thoughtfully matched with senior licensed therapists who specialize in their specific areas of clinical focus, such as expressive therapy, trauma-informed care, or systemic and interpersonal theories therapies. This mentorship approach not only enhances the apprentices' clinical skills through direct observation and supervised practice but also allows for personalized guidance and feedback tailored to their unique clinical needs and licensing requirements. By cultivating a collaborative space for growth and professional development, TCA's program empowers the next generation of therapists to deliver compassionate and effective care in the field of counseling and psychotherapy.

We are hiring one Fee for Service Junior Therapist working on their license hours with an opertunity to attain a full-time salary position. A minimum of 16 face-to-face hr/week is required. We provide weekly group and individual supervisions at no charge. Our supervising therapists have been in the field for an aggregate of over 100 years, with specialties in art, narrative, body image, trauma and relationship therapies.

Upon maintaining 30 sessions per week, a full-time salary position may be offered. For serious and qualified mental health therapists, please read this post carefully and follow its instructions for consideration.

Required Qualifications:

The candidate must have a graduate degree and is working towards a LMHC, LICSW, or LADC in MA.

Excellent professional references.

Knowledge and experience working with Millennials and Gen Zs.

Must demonstrate an established area of clinical specialty (excluding expressive therapies, CBT and DBT).

Well-verse in clinical treatment modalities and ability to adapt to specific client needs.

Pleasant and professional personality and demeanor are a must.
