Google Reviews and HIPPA Compliance
It is generally considered HIPAA compliant to post a Google review for a medical practice as long as you, the patient do not disclose any protected health information in the review such as specific diagnoses, treatment details, or medical history.
You don't need to publish your full name when leaving a Google review, but your Google account name will be displayed. To leave a review without revealing your full name, you can change your Google account name to a nickname or pseudonym.
