Meet Emily Daniels, LMHC-C

Client‑centered therapy in Boston, fostering resilience and self‑discovery.

As a recent grad student who is working towards my LMHC, I am eager to embark on a
fulfilling journey as a master’s level clinician. My passion lies in bringing in one’s own
personal interests into the therapeutic space and finding coping skills that are tailored to
each individual and seeing what works for them.

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis College and have
experience working with diverse populations to create a strong and positive therapeutic
relationship. The therapeutic approach that I use is person-centered and relational while
meeting people where they are. Through my work, I integrate the use of positive self-talk to
empower my clients and to gain awareness of thoughts and how they can influence our
behaviors.
