Most of our therapists conduct teletherapy. Please check with us if you are unsure.

Teletherapy Instructions

Have your phone nearby during appointment. Your therapist will call if there's difficulty.

 

-New Clients-

Please remember to complete your intake form by clicking here, and follow the below instructions.

-All Clients-

We use Doxy.me platform. You do not need to download any app or register. Simply use any browser from your smart phone, laptop, desktop or tablet, and click on your therapist's photo at the time of your appointment.

 

You will then be directed to your therapist's virtual waiting room. S/he will connect with you when s/he is ready. Have your phone nearby in case there are any tech issues. Your therapist will call you.

Why Doxy.me and not other programs?

Doxy.me is especially designed for telehealth. It is a free service, and does not require you to download any software or register for its service.

 

Is Doxy.me HIPAA/BAA compliant?

Yes, Doxy.me is HIPAA/BAA compliant.

Will my insurance company pay for teletherapy?

Our billing partner, Therapist Solutions, will check your benefits ahead of your visit and will let you know if telehealth is not covered.
