Meet Marissa Gurello, LMHC

L-IErXY4

I collaborate with my clients to create an open and honest space, where you can feel safe to share, grow and heal. My therapeutic style incorporates a collaborative strength-based approach with components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness and person-centered practice, while keeping in mind the individual experience and your specific goals. Taking the first step to seeking therapy can feel uncomfortable and is very brave! I am here to support you in that process and help to make this a positive and personable experience for you and your journey.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University and have several years of experience working with a diverse range of clients in various settings. Through my work I support clients in navigating life’s stressors, anxiety, depression, family conflict, self-esteem, life
transitions, motivation and beyond. With this experience I aim to collaboratively explore concerns, set achievable goals, and cultivate resilience for lasting change. In our sessions, you’ll find a supportive environment where your experiences and emotions are valued.
