Meet Brian Gwozdz, LADC I

client‑centered therapy in Boston—empowering growth, resilience, and authentic connection.

There are times in life when we all need a little help, yet reaching out for that help can be difficult. And while it can feel quite intimidating or overwhelming, making a decision to start therapy is not only a courageous one, but also an empowering one that can be truly life-changing.

I have been an independently licensed clinician since 2004 and have had the privilege of working in a variety of settings. My approach has always been to form a collaborative partnership with my client while creating a trusting, supportive, non-judgmental, and productive environment in which we work closely together to address any concerns
you might have.

As someone who has practiced mindfulness and meditation for many years, I appreciate the interconnectedness between mind and body, and embrace a holistic approach to therapy and to well-being. I strive to help my client find a sustainable sense of inner peace, joy, and self-confidence while effectively navigating life’s many challenges. I look forward to having the privilege of working with you.
